First Protector helps alleviate financial hardship if you are displaced from your home due to damage from a covered disaster such as flood, fire, tornado, hurricane, or in the event of an involuntary job loss.

Your monthly mortgage payment up to two years
Your monthly mortgage payment if you lose your job involuntarily
Your mortgage balance if the land your home is located on is declared permanently uninhabitable
Your homeowner’s insurance policy deductible up to $1,000¹
Up to $1,000 in emergency cash²
